1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
- The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products without original packaging or tags
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return
- Our team will review and confirm the return request
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is from our side
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect
- Sparkler is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
